Brooklyn Brownstone Full Rewire
Complete electrical rewire of a five-story 1920s Brooklyn brownstone, converted to a three-unit rental building. The original knob-and-tube wiring had not been touched since the 1960s and posed a significant fire hazard. Complete 18-floor electrical build-out for a 320,000 sq ft Class A office tower in Midtown Manhattan. The scope covered all power distribution, emergency egress lighting, and integration with the building's centralized BMS.
Working through finished plaster walls with minimal damage was the primary challenge. Our crew used fishtape and strategic access panels to route all new wiring without opening wall cavities. Every wall was left in original condition — homeowner verified before we left. Complete 18-floor electrical build-out for a 320,000 sq ft Class A office tower in Midtown Manhattan. The scope covered all power distribution, emergency egress lighting, and integration with the building's centralized BMS.
