The homeowner wanted every light, shade, and climate zone controllable from a single app without any visible keypads. Complete 18-floor electrical build-out for a 320,000 sq ft Class A office tower in Midtown Manhattan. The scope covered all power distribution, emergency egress lighting, and integration with the building's centralized BMS.
The system uses 84 pre-programmed scenes, from morning routines to evening entertainment modes. Two Tesla Wall Connectors in the garage are integrated into the home energy panel, with load-shedding logic that prioritizes EV charging during off-peak hours.
